1、啤酒和白酒去糊鍋底
如果做飯時不小心糊鍋了，鍋底有鍋巴，如果不易刷掉，可倒入少許白酒和啤酒與少量清水混合，蓋上鍋蓋后5分鐘后就很容易刷洗干凈。
2、番茄
或是我們可以提前準(zhǔn)備一兩個番茄，隨后番茄和清水一起放進(jìn)鍋中加溫，那樣煮一段時間以后鍋底的黑垢便會自身翻起來一點(diǎn)，大家就可以很輕輕松松的將它去除開。
3、山里紅可去糊鍋底
燒飯、炒菜如果鍋底糊了，可把幾個山里紅放鍋里，加少許涼水燒開(不要燒干)，鍋的糊底很快就會去掉。
4、橙子、蘋果皮或梨皮去糊鍋底
蘋果皮或梨皮加點(diǎn)水煮，然后就很容易清理了。或切幾片橙子放鍋里煮開，悶一晚上，第二天糊渣就會翻起來，就很容易清除了。

這里有個小技巧，先把小蘇打放在碗里，再看著小蘇打的量去加熱水和醋。這樣能夠避免你一次水的量加得太多，小蘇打融化不及，成不了糊糊。完成后再將配置好的清潔劑倒在鍋底處，拿手將溶劑分散涂抹在黑垢上面。
再靜置半小時后，拿鐵鏟稍微用力去刮掉污漬即可。都刮完以后，再用清水沖干凈便可以了。這個方法快速還省事，以后烹飪時候不必?fù)?dān)心糊鍋后污垢難除了。
