由此可以看出，國產跑鞋在輕量化的功能上，也明顯提升了不少
但是也要注意，輕量化跑鞋帶來極致的腳感和透氣性的同時，犧牲了部分鞋面包裹性和耐用性，可以作為慢跑鞋和通勤穿搭使用
比較適合中小體重的跑者，因為體重輕對跑鞋的緩震性能需求并不是很大，尤其是老練的跑者，他們的跑姿也比較成熟，這時候鞋子得過多保護反而成為負擔，輕量化的跑鞋確實不錯，但是對于能力水平不夠的跑者來說，輕量化的跑鞋就不適合反而還可能容易導致傷病。
